There are a wide range of classes conducted in the studio during the week in both online and in-person formats including Deep stretching, Ashtanga Yoga, Aqua Yoga, Power Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Hatha Yoga and others..
Students are welcome to drop in on the regular sessions subject to availability.
Private lessons
We offer private sessions to beginners and seasoned practitioners to experience all styles and levels and also customized to student requirements
Wellness Package
Multi-day private yoga sessions coupled with:
