Classes Offered
Aqua Therapy
This program consists of a variety of treatments and exercises that are done in a pool and are specifically designed to provide relief to muscle pain. These exercises also serve to condition and strengthen muscles to help avoid future recurrences of back pain.
Power Yoga
A fitness-based vinyasa practice, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
Hatha Yoga
This program focuses on breath, body and mind. You will simultaneously develop strength, flexibility and endurance. This class is designed to provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.
Beginner Yoga
Welcome beginners and those who would like to deepen their understanding of the basic yoga poses. We will focus on standing poses, twisting, back bends and preparations for inversions. We will also explore the breath. Bring your body and your mind. Bring your curiosity!
Private Yoga Therapy
Work through physical pains and emotional tensions while gaining the benefit of stretching and strengthening - all in one session.
Meditation and Pranayama
Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. This class consists of practicing controlled breathing techniques and then progressing into seated guided mindfulness meditation, seated guided meditation.
HIIT
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes are designed to take your fitness, muscle strength, fat loss, and maximum calorie BURN to the next level by alternating periods of short intense exercise with less-intense recovery periods.
Deep Stretching
A deep stretching practice for hips, legs and back. This practice enhances flexibility and is great for beginners as well as athletes trying to build flexibility.
